Kathy is a big believer in preventative medicine and keeping the body in prime condition to prevent injuries and illness. Her overall aim is to give clients the confidence and level of fitness to venture into the Swiss mountains and countryside and enjoy the wonderful benefits of this country.

Sustainability in Sports

All activities take place outdoors; using only those tracks and trails that are open for activities such as running, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, and always without destroying or disturbing natural habitats. By both respecting and protecting the environment, sport can contribute towards environmental awareness and sustainability.
